yeah, i had been working for 2 weeks le and am already counting down to receiving my 1st pay. lols... Starting to like my job scope more where I were put in charge of a few shipments between charterer and owner with some guidance. Communication is usually through emails and telephone.
Every shipment requires the vessel itinerary, agent details, B/L instructions, B/L draft, loading documents, freight and commision invoice, letter of indemnity, discharging documents in order to be concluded. Our department consisted of 8 people - Ben, Ailin, Kieth, Rom, Lowell, Mingzhong, Steph and me. And heard that another new trainee broker will be joining on 24 March. haha... When it came to lunchbreak, we always went to da bao and came back to eat in conference room. haha~
Oh ya, had lunch with client at Park Hotel japanese restaurant on Thursday. And i had worked late on Wednesday and Friday due to last minute emails coming in. LOLs :-) Next Friday is holiday - meaning NO work. yeah^^ And i realized that i had not been keeping in touch with my classmates for a very long time le. Wondered how are things going on for them?
Had always been telling myself to live life without regrets even if i've made the wrong decision or even if the outcome didn't turn out the way i wanted. And i've lived by this principle all along, hardly regretting whatever I've done, even the worst decisions.
